Chic Design Studios was named after the words; CHIC to be stylish, attractive, & elegant and DESIGN to plan and fashion artistically or skillfully.
My love for design started in high school where I participated in a floral design class. From there I attending the Floral Design Institute in Seattle, WA. After floral design school I worked for multiple floral shops in Idaho Falls & Blackfoot Idaho. I moved to Salt Lake City, UT in 2002 to attend business school at the LDS Business College. After college I moved back to Idaho and owned Dayley Floral & Gift in Blackfoot until the summer of 2008 when I closed shop and moved to Salt Lake City, UT (again!) and got married. Since then I opened Chic Design Studios.
Wedding flowers and decor are a way for brides to portray their personality and give their guests some serious eye candy! A wedding is about beauty, grace, and moments of oohs and ahhs! I am compelled everyday to offer my clients cutting edge design, quality product for an affordable price.
My goal is for your wedding to be a reflection of you and what you love! From your grandmother's brooch on your bridal bouquet to the antique containers housing your favorite bloom. Your personality will be in every detail of the design. Because YOU are what is important to me.
